We value the protection of your health information. With this in mind, we added a new security measure to your online portal login process. Once you successfully enter your username and password, you will be asked to verify your identity by providing a six-digit PIN. The PIN will be sent to you via text message to the phone number or the email address under your account. Once you receive your PIN, simply enter the number on your login screen and continue.
